Q1: How do I create an account on I'M LIT Learning? A: Open the app and click on "Sign Up." Enter your email, name, phone number, and password to create an account.
Q2: How can I upload lesson plans or videos? A: Go to your profile page, click on camera icon," and follow the prompts to add your educational materials.
Q3: How do I search for lesson plans by subject or grade level? A: Use the search bar on the "Marketplace" tab. Enter a subject or grade level to view relevant lesson plans.
Q4: What happens after I purchase a lesson plan? A: The purchased lesson plan will be saved in your profile under "My LIT Library on your Profile Page," where you can download it at any time.

Issue: I can’t log into my account.

• Ensure you’re entering the correct email and password.
• Click "Forgot Password" to reset your password if necessary.

Issue: My upload keeps failing.

• Check your internet connection.
• Ensure your file meets the size and format requirements.

Issue: The app isn’t loading properly.

• Restart the app.
• Check for updates in the App Store and install the latest version.
• Clear the app cache by going to your device settings.

Issue: I’m not receiving notifications.

• Ensure notifications are enabled for I'M LIT Learning in your device settings.
• Check if "Do Not Disturb" mode is turned off.

• Favorite lesson plans to add them for later on your profile.
• Check for seller updates by clicking the music note icon.

Posting Content to the Marketplace

1. Navigate to your camera icon and click "Upload Content."
2. Fill in the required fields, including title, description, subject, grade level, and price.
3. Upload your files (lesson plans or videos) and click "Submit."
